I grew up in Clayton, California, a small suburban city east of San Francisco, before attending the University of Oregon, where I earned dual degrees in Business Administration and Advertising. During my time at Oregon, I held six on-campus roles, driven by a strong desire for professional growth and hands-on experience.
While these roles challenged me and strengthened my leadership skills, it was the relationships I built with prospective, incoming, and current students that ultimately shaped my path. These experiences revealed the importance of creating environments where individuals feel supported, valued, and connected.
After graduating in 2025, I moved to Cambridge, Massachusetts to pursue a Master of Education at the Harvard Graduate School of Education. Through my program in Educational Leadership, Organizations, and Entrepreneurship, I have continued to build the skills needed to lead with purpose, think strategically, and support meaningful change in complex organizations.

My approach to my work is grounded in a commitment to connection, belonging, and intentional design. I believe that meaningful engagement—whether in educational or organizational settings—starts with understanding people: their experiences, needs, and goals.
I bring a people-centered and strategic mindset to my work, combining experience in student engagement and program development with a foundation in business, communication, and analytics. This allows me to approach challenges from both a human and organizational perspective, designing solutions that are thoughtful, effective, and sustainable.
I am particularly committed to creating inclusive and accessible environments. I prioritize clear communication, thoughtful program design, and continuous assessment to ensure that individuals feel seen, supported, and able to fully participate.

As I prepare to graduate from Harvard University, I am excited to begin my career in a role that allows me to combine direct engagement with strategic impact. I am particularly interested in opportunities in student affairs, customer engagement, and research analysis.
In the short term, I am eager to continue working in people-focused roles where I can build relationships, support individuals, and contribute to meaningful experiences. Over time, I hope to take on leadership roles that allow me to shape programs, influence strategy, and contribute to organizational growth and innovation.
No matter the setting, my goal is to create environments where people feel connected, supported, and able to succeed.
